Welcome to the Echoes of Piraeus official store. Our physical items (such as apparel, mugs, and physical media) are produced using a print-on-demand model through our fulfillment partner, Fourthwall.
Returns and Exchanges Because every item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for errors in sizing selection or change of mind. Please check our sizing charts carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us at contact@echoesofpiraeus.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a clear photo of the defect.
Digital Products Due to the nature of digital audio downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
